About these terms

These terms are an agreement between you and [company name] (“Wishmap”, “we”) about using wishmap.com. By creating an account you accept them. Please also read our privacy policy.

What Wishmap does

Wishmap lets people looking for a home (“seekers”) describe what they want, and lets owners and agents (“providers”) send them offers. We are not an estate agent and we are not a party to any rental or sale. Agreements are made directly between seekers and providers.

Your account

You must be 18 or over and give a real email address. Keep access to your email safe: anyone who can open your sign-in links can use your account. You can delete your account at any time on your account page.

Rules for seekers

When you post a wish:

• Describe what you are really looking for, and close or pause your wish when you no longer need it.
• Do not put phone numbers, emails or other contact details in your notes; share them through Wishmap when you choose to.
• Do not post wishes that discriminate or that are offensive.

Rules for providers

When you list homes or send offers:

• You must own the home or be allowed to let or sell it, and you must pass our verification.
• Listings must be accurate and up to date: price, availability, photos and fees, including any agency fee.
• Send offers only for homes that fit the wish. We limit the number of offers and may reduce or stop them if seekers report them as spam.
• Use contact details that seekers share with you only to discuss that home.

Content and moderation

You are responsible for what you post. You give us permission to show it on Wishmap and to adapt it (for example resizing photos) to run the service. We may remove content, limit or suspend accounts that break these terms or the law, and we will tell you why.

Fees

Wishmap is free for seekers. Providers may need a paid plan for some tools; prices are shown before you pay.

Our responsibility

We work to keep Wishmap available and accurate, but we do not check every listing or wish and we cannot guarantee that a home or a tenant is as described. Visit homes and check documents before you sign or pay anything. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Maltese law.

Changes and law

We may update these terms and will tell you before important changes take effect. These terms are governed by the laws of Malta, and the courts of Malta have jurisdiction, without affecting any consumer rights you have where you live.
